Rotary Valve or Air Lock Valve:
rotary valve is a type of valve in which the rotation of a passage or passages in a transverse plug regulates the flow of liquid or gas through the attached pipes. The common stopcock is the simplest form of rotary valve.
Despite its simplicity it offers several functional uses:- 
* Control product flow rate to the required rate (fixed or variable) 
* Maintain a gas pressure differential between the inlet & outlet (airlock) 
* Act as an explosion barrier 
* Act as a Flame Barrier 
* Act as a process isolator / barrier

These are by nature adjustable on assembly but should not be considered as being supplied to be 
able to adjust for wear as wear is never even, neither is it confined to the blades. It is however an 
economic way of introducing alternative materials of construction that may be required to satisfy 
the duty. 
Common examples include 
• Hardened steel; or alloy steel; or hard faced: for abrasion resistance 
• Scraper: to control product build-up on the housing bore and end cover faces when 
necessary 
• Flexible: (usually polyurethane or natural rubber) for fibrous or products containing large 
non friable particles 
• Plastic: product compatible or non-stick 
• Bronze or bronze tipped: for ultra close clearances

      Description- .
      Detailing of all fabrication components of the assembly for manufacturing as per company standard in AutoCAD.
      Bill of Material.

      Checking of interference at corner of boiler considering thermal expansion.
2. Paint Booth Design
      Description-
      To decide the size of paint both as per requirement.
      To prepare layout assembly drawing.
      Detailing of all the components(ducting, air filter box, panels, supports, platform etc.) of the assembly for manufacturing.
      Bill of Material.
      Checking of drawing and BOM.
      Optimization for cost reduction.
3. Under-water Cleaning Robot
      Description-
      To prepare the concept model of robot.
      To check the feasibility of operation and manufacturing.
      Layout finalization for desired application.

      Description-
      3D modeling of all the components of pump assembly.
